Ingredients

  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh, small heads
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 4 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 can corn, small
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow or red
  • Herb butter

Instructions

  1. Brush and quarter the mushrooms. Wash and cut the spring onions, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers into pieces (these should be about the size of the mushroom quarters). Drain the corn well. You can change and add to the vegetables as you wish.
  2. Cut 4 large pieces from the aluminum foil. In order to be able to fill the sachets better, I take a dessert bowl and put a piece of foil in it (some foil has to stick out so that the sachet can be closed) and then add a piece of herb butter and then fill the sachet with the as you like Vegetables on. Then you close the bag at the top by twisting the aluminum foil.
  3. Now cook the sachets on the grill for about 20 minutes. You can of course bake them in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
