- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 5 large carrot (s)
- 7 large potato (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 liter vegetable stock

- Chop the onions and garlic into small pieces. Then wash the vegetables and also cut them into pieces.
- First roast the onions in the pan in olive oil until golden brown, then add the garlic. As soon as the garlic has also been heated sufficiently, add the minced meat and mix with the onions and garlic until the minced meat is well seared.
