Ingredients
- 8 small potatoes, peeled
- 8 small onions, peeled
- 8 small tomato (s)
- 2 m zucchini, halved or quartered lengthways
- 2 medium bell pepper (s), quartered
- 4 carrot (s), slim, peeled, cut into thirds crosswise
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon savory
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder (rose paprika)
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
For the sauce:
- 100 g yourt
- 50 g sesame puree (tahini)
- 1 bunch parsley, flat-leaved, small bunches
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
