Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 ml water, cold
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

For covering:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g minced meat (mixed or beef)
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 leeks (small stick)
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 1 small Can tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • Rosemary, grated

For the cast:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 1 cup cream
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then roll out and place in a greased springform pan.
  2. Fry the minced meat in oil until it is crumbly. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the diced onions and garlic cloves. Clean the leek, cut into strips, wash well and drain. Peel and grate the carrots. Chop the tomatoes without juice. Add everything to the minced meat and mix well. Season to taste with the spices. Spread everything on the dough.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the glaze well and pour over them.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 175 ° C) for about 30 minutes.
