Ingredients

  • 200 g lentils, red
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 100 g beans, reen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 750 ml water
  • Curry powder, mild
  • Chilli powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • Oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with 3/4 l water and add 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock powder. Add the lentils.
  2. Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and add them. Cook for about 20 minutes until the lentils are cooked through.
  3. Season to taste with the spices, it can be a little more intense, as the yoghurt softens it at the end.
  4. Before serving, add a dollop of yogurt to the vegetables.
  5. You can also use other vegetables, the dish is well suited to use leftovers!
