Ingredients

  • 110 g oat flakes, possibly luten-free
  • 10 g quinoa, puffed
  • 90 g cheese, rated (vean: pizza melt)
  • 115 ml milk (vegan: plant milk)
  • 1 egg (vegan: .5 tablespoon. Chia gel)
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped marjoram
  • some salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled vegetable stock, grainy
  • lots coconut oil or other fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together. This is best done by hand. Season everything to taste, then let stand for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Cut off some of the mixture with a teaspoon and form small balls with your hands.
  3. Melt plenty of coconut oil in a pan and fry the balls golden all over over medium heat.
  4. Taste warm and cold. Also ideal for the party buffet.
