Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 2 tablespoon syrup (agave)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped out pulp from it
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Halve the avocado and remove the stone, take out the pulp and mix in a blender until creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is mixed. Put the cream in the fridge for a few hours and then serve cold. You can of course sweeten or refine them with other ingredients.
