Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 3 teaspoons, heaped paprika powder, noble sweet and / or hot pink
- 5 teaspoons, heaped curry powder
- 100 ml orange juice
- 40 g tomato paste
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- Cinnamon powder
- 250 ml tomatoes, passed
- some oil for frying

- Finely dice the onion and sweat it in a little oil until it is nice and translucent. Reduce the heat, then add paprika, curry powder, salt, pepper and tomato paste and stir-fry briefly. Then deglaze with the orange juice and stir well until it becomes a homogeneous sauce. Now add the tomatoes, cinnamon and sugar and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Season as needed and according to your own taste.
