Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g suar

For covering:

  • 6 apples

For the cast:

  • 150 g butter, liquid
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 grams flour
  • 250 ml whipped cream

For decoration:

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 20 g almond (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Knead the 250 g flour with baking powder, butter, sugar and egg until a firm dough is formed. Roll out this dough and put it in a round shape.
  2. Wash and peel apples, cut into wedges and spread on the floor.
  3. For the topping, stir in the egg, flour and sugar first, then stir in the liquid butter and finally stir in the whipped cream (not whipped) and spread everything smooth on the apples that are on the floor and cook in the oven preheated to 190 degrees C for approx Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. 5 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the sugar and the sliced almonds on the cake and finish baking.
