Ingredients

  • 1 head white or Chinese cabbage
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 3 chilli pepper (s), green
  • 200 g peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 10 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 10 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into fine strips and blanch if necessary (white cabbage). Cut the carrots into fine sticks. Finely chop the onions, garlic and chili peppers, coarsely crush the roasted peanuts. Pluck the mint and wash.
  2. For the dressing, mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce and salad oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the cabbage with the carrots, onions, garlic and chilli in a large bowl. Mix in the dressing and sprinkle with the peanuts and mint leaves just before serving.
