Ingredients

  • 200 g seeds (flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts), mixed
  • 50 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • bitter almond aroma, or vanilla aroma
  • possibly raisins or dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees circulating air). Mix the seeds, kernels and grains.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, honey and flavor. Add to the seeds and stir well.
  3. Put 20 small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with the help of 2 teaspoons and press down a little.
  4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Let cool down on the baking sheet.
