Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- salt and pepper
- 200 g ham (farmer`s ham)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- some vodka
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 200 g whipped cream

- Cook the noodles al dente.
- Cut the ham into strips and the onion into rings, fry both briefly in the hot oil. Pour a shot of vodka over it and flambé. Cut the tomatoes into strips and add them, also add the cream. Simmer briefly and season with salt and pepper.
