  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and flour well. Dissolve the butter and couverture. Then stir everything together well and put in a small greased dish (e.g. coffee cup).
  2. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes.
  3. The tartlet has to be a little runny inside.
  4. Tip: cut the fruit into small pieces, e.g., banana, apple and pear.
