Ingredients

  • 3 glasses plums or plums
  • 10 biscuit (s) (speculoos)
  • 1 packet ice cream (e.g. vanilla, chocolate or almond ice cream)
  • 1 glass dessert sauce (vanilla flavor)
  • 4 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 cake base
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. First the cake base is heated so that it can be served warm afterwards. The plums or plums are also heated. Now the hot plums are distributed on the floor. The cake is dusted with cinnamon.
  2. Now individual pieces of cake are cut out in hearts and placed in the middle of the plate. Then place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the plate, spread the vanilla sauce around it,
  3. Then two speculoos are placed in a bag and beaten into small pieces. This works best with a meat tenderizer or pan. Arrange two speculoos on each plate and spread cinnamon and speculoos crumbs on top.
  4. Tips: You can also bake a fresh plum cake and serve it with it. Not only vanilla ice cream tastes great with it, chocolate or almond ice cream too. If you want, you can also e.g., decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
