- 2 cups sour cream
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 100 g watermelon (s), diced or shaped into balls
- 2 tablespoon almond (s)

- Mix the sour cream with the sugar and lemon juice. Prepare the watermelon if you haven`t already. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat.
- Put the sour cream first, then the watermelon and finally the almonds in layers in glasses.
