  • 250 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • sweetener, more liquid
  • 2 piece (s) fruit

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan and stir in the oat flakes, if necessary season with sweetener to taste. Cut the fruit into small pieces and mix in the porridge.
  2. (The milk can also be warmed up in the microwave, it works too)
  3. The Papp full breakfast is the ideal way to start the day and keeps you full for a long time.
