Beat the eggs until frothy. Slowly trickle in the sugar (I use fine granulated sugar) and stir for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the flour with the baking powder well. Add the whipped cream to the egg and sugar mass and mix again briefly. Fold in the flour.
Put in a Guglhupfform and bake in the oven at approx. 165 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
You can also add chocolate shavings to the mass and / or cover the cake with a chocolate icing. A simple and delicious Guglhupf recipe!
