Ingredients
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard, hotter
- 3 tablespoon whiskey
- 1 tablespoon, heaped Sriracha sauce, extra hot
- 1 teaspoon smoked salt
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (Leatherwood)
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- pepper

- Press the garlic and mix thoroughly with all the other ingredients. It is best to leave the sauce in the refrigerator overnight. If necessary, before serving, season the sauce again with whiskey and liquid smoke.
