Ingredients

  • 300 g blueberries (blueberries)
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g couverture, white
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash and sort blueberries.
  2. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a hot water bath and whisk. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream and add the warm chocolate butter. Pour the flour, baking powder and salt over the butter mixture onto the sour cream and chocolate mixture. Beat with a whisk until the batter starts bubbling. Mix in the blueberries.
  3. Line a muffin tin with 2 paper liners each. Pour the batter into the molds. Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Tip: after cooling, decorate with icing, cream, sprinkles etc. as desired.
