- 100 g currants, white
- 200 g sour cream
- 25 g suar
- 30 g amarettini
- Lemon balm or mint

- Crumble the biscuits in glasses. Mix the sour cream with the sugar until smooth and spread over the biscuits. De-rasp the currants, wash and spread over the top.
- Garnish with a leaf of fresh lemon balm or mint if you like.
