White Fish baked in Wine

The easiest way to make a good meal for dinner is to bake fish in the oven.

Cook: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • White fish (cod, pollock, haddock, etc.), thawed skinless fillets – 700 g
  • Dry wine, white – ¾ cup (190 g)
  • Parsley, finely chopped – 1 zhmenka (to taste)
  • Cherry tomatoes – 125 g
  • Salt (preferably sea salt) – to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190-200 degrees. Salt the fish (so that the tender fillet retains its shape) and place in one layer in a heat-resistant dish.
  2. Pour in the wine, put the tomatoes on the fish, sprinkle with chopped parsley on top.
  3. Cover the dish with foil and bake the fish until tender in the oven for about 20 minutes (the wine should evaporate).
  4. Serve well with salad and crispy fresh bread or mashed potatoes.
