White Glaze

Making a white cake frosting is a snap. For this recipe for white cake frosting, you only need powdered sugar, optional flavors, and a minimum of time.

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar – 1 glass
  • Water – 1.5-2.5 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Sift the finest powdered sugar through a sieve.
  2. Pour in warm water, grind and, if necessary, add aromatic substances.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Heat the glaze in a water bath. To do this, take a larger pan, put a bowl or saucepan with glaze in it, pour some water into a large pan (the maximum height of the water is half the height of the bowl with glaze). Over medium heat, stirring occasionally, heat the white glaze to 40 ° C or until the powdered sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. If the icing is too thick, add water, and if it is liquid, add powdered sugar. Cover the products with glaze and put them to dry in a warm dry place.
