Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s), size M
  • Flour for the work surface
  • 75 g couverture, white
  • 125 g couverture, semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg. Cover and chill for about 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface. Cut out approx. 45 round cookies (between 3.5 - 4 cm in diameter). Knead the leftover dough and roll out again. Then cut out 45 moons. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  4. Melt the couvertures as instructed. Brush the moons with white and round cookies with dark couverture. Place moons on the cookies. Let dry.
