Ingredients

  • 80 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour (whole spelled)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, remove the grated zest
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 3 apples
  • Fat for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Mix butter and honey in a bowl until frothy. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. Finally, peel and grate the apples and fold them into the batter.
  2. Put about 2 tablespoons of batter in a greased waffle iron and bake the batter in portions.
  3. Note: Leftover waffles can be frozen and reheated in the oven.
