Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour (whole rain)
- 1 cube yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 50 g oatmeal
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 30 g flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (fruit vinegar)
- Oil, for the mold

- Grease a loaf pan well with oil.
- In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and lukewarm water. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Knead the mixture with your hands or the dough hook of a food processor to form a smooth dough.
- Put the dough in a loaf pan and place in the cold oven.
- Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 60 minutes.
- Tip:
- You can replace the flour with other types of flour and add more seeds and / or kernels to it before baking.
