Ingredients
- 150 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 300 g oatmeal, tender
- 3 tablespoon, heaped flaxseed
- 3 tablespoon, heaped sunflower seeds, possibly dry-roasted
- 3 tablespoons, heaped cornflakes, unsweetened, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoon, heaped nuts, mixed, natural, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon, leveled baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon, leveled cinnamon powder

- I always knock the nuts in the pack into small pieces, as well as the cornflakes. It`s best to mix everything in a large bowl so that the cocoa and cinnamon are nicely distributed.
- Then fill into a large container, then you can simply take out your portion every morning. I like to roast the sunflower seeds, they give them a nice roasted aroma.
- A simple, conscious mixture that knows what`s inside, for little money and little work.
- You can of course use any combination of grains or spices, depending on your taste.
