Ingredients

  • 200 g whole wheat flour, or rye, or spelled
  • 300 g boilin water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

  1. First mix the dry ingredients, then slowly add the boiling water and mix well with the dough hook, let the dough rest for 45 minutes. Then roll out very, very thinly. This works best if you use a parchment paper over and one under the dough. You can also spread it with your hand between the baking paper and then spread it thinly with a pastry card. That should make about 4 baking trays.
  2. Now remove the top paper and cut into strips, e.g. lengthways, with a pizza roller and then bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C top / bottom heat for about 35 minutes. Simply break into pieces after baking.
