Ingredients

  • 3 sausages, (Wienerle)
  • 1 small carrot (s)
  • 1 half onion (s), diced
  • 1 pomegranate

For the dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1 tablespoon fruit vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the wiener into fine slices. Peel the carrot and slice it into fine sticks. Peel the onion and chop finely. Break open the pomegranate and squeeze out about 2 handfuls of seeds. Put the wieners, carrots, onions and pomegranate seeds in a bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together well in a mug and pour over the Wienerle mixture. Mix everything together well and let the salad steep a little.
  3. Enjoy with bread, rolls or fried potatoes.
