Ingredients

  • 1 kg goulash
  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 5 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • some spice mixture
  • 250 ml game stock
  • 1 liter malt beer
  • salt and pepper
  • some lard

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and onions and cut into pieces. Wash the meat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the lard in the roaster and briefly fry with the onions and garlic. Mix the mustard and the spices (with the game stock). Then add to the meat and briefly bring to the boil. Pour in the malt beer and stew in the oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for 45-60 minutes with the roaster closed. Stir every now and then so that the malt beer doesn`t get too heavy. If the meat is shiny and dark, then it is done.
  2. Rösti corners and lamb`s lettuce with wild boar ham go well with it.
