Ingredients
- 30 g wild arlic
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 80 g parmesan, freshly rated
- 100 ml olive oil
- 15 ml pumpkin seed oil
- salt and pepper

- Clean the wild garlic, chop it roughly and grate it finely with the pumpkin seeds in a mortar. Fold in the olive oil and add the grated parmesan. Season with pumpkin seed oil, salt and pepper.
- Tastes great with pasta or just for dipping with roasted ciabatta or farmhouse bread.
