Ingredients
- 100 g wild arlic
- 50 g pine nuts
- 175 g double cream cheese
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Wash the wild garlic and pluck the stalks off. Put all ingredients, except the cream cheese, in the blender and mix until everything has the right consistency. Finally add the cream cheese and mix again.
- For grilling, as a pesto for pasta or as a spread for bread rolls. It`s spicy and a little hot and not for children.
