Ingredients
- 1 bunch dandelion or other salad herbs
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 150 g blackberries
- 10 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 4 tablespoon sweet cream
- 4 tablespoon jam (wild fruit jelly, e.g. mountain ash)
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- salt and pepper

- Clean salads and pluck bite-sized. Arrange on a platter. Crumble the sheep`s cheese, sprinkle over it.
- Just before serving, stir a vinaigrette from vinegar, sweet cream, mustard, wild fruit jelly and oil, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
- Decorate with the washed blackberries.
