Ingredients
- 80 g rocket, (rocket)
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 0.5 ½ hot peppers, green (spicy)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, good
- 30 g parmesan, rated

- Put all ingredients except the rocket in the food processor or blender. Chop for 1 minute. Then add the rocket and chop briefly until everything has connected.
- Put in a glass and cover with a little oil. Keeps in the refrigerator for approx. 2 weeks.
- As a sauce for pasta, add some hot pasta water or more olive oil.
