  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)

  1. Mix the eggs, cornstarch and sugar with a little wine.
  2. Heat the wine with the water, then add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the mixture is a little thickened.
  3. Let cool down.
  4. Goes well with it: steamed noodles
