Instructions

Peel the oranges completely - otherwise the bitter note will come through too much. Cut the oranges into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the quark. Then season everything with cinnamon and sugar to taste and add milk to liquefy.
Chill the quark for at least 15 minutes.
Put the dessert in small bowls to serve. Crumble the speculoos biscuits over the quark.
