Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head endive salad
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
For the dressing:
- 1 orange (s)
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- 1 medium onion (s)

- Wash the salads thoroughly.
- Cut the endive into 0.5 to 1 cm pieces and remove the roots from the lamb`s lettuce.
- For the sauce: squeeze the orange juice, mix with the mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- The mustard serves as an emulsifier, which gives the dressing a velvety consistency.
- Add a finely diced onion and fold everything together under the lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
