- 800 g papaya, ripe (peeled, weihed)
- 200 g yourt (0.1%)
- 2 tablespoon sweetener
- 0.5 ½ bottle rum flavor
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon

- Annotation:
- You can tell that a papaya is ripe when it feels soft when you squeeze it lightly. When it is firm, it tastes less sweet and more bitter.
- First cut the papaya in half and remove the stones with a spoon.
- Then remove the outer shell with a paring knife, cut the papaya into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Therefore it has to be well ripe:
- Now mash the papaya pieces with a potato masher so that only a few smaller pieces remain. Or just chop it up in a blender.
- Then add the yogurt to the papaya mixture and stir well. Now add the cinnamon, sweetener and flavor. Possibly sweeten a little.
- The whole thing has almost 180 kcal, can also be a little less.
