Ingredients
- 400 g beans, (wax beans from the jar)
- 200 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 10 g mustard
- 3 dashes sweetener
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 5 pinches salt
- 20 g yourt (0.1%)

- Drain the beans and cut the pickles into small pieces.
- For the dressing, mix the yogurt, mustard, pepper, sweetener and salt.
- Mix the pickles with the beans in a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
- The whole dish has 155 Kcal.
- Goes well with fried potatoes or as a meal in between.
