Ingredients
- 500 g rice, cooked
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 5 slices sausage (turkey sausage) or boiled ham
- 1 bag cheese, grated (less if necessary)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), peeled
- Seasoned Salt
- pepper
- possibly curry powder
- Oil for frying

- Mix the cooked rice with the eggs and flour in a bowl. Clean the peppers (or other vegetables) and cut them very finely with the turkey sausage and peeled onions. Mix into the rice mixture together with the grated cheese. If necessary, add a little more flour so that the mass binds a little. Season with herb salt, pepper and possibly curry powder.
- Heat the oil in the pan and add small dough with a tablespoon. These are then baked on both sides like potato pancakes (it can get a little crumbly at first, but if the pan is really hot and you get a little practice and then they look really good). Serve hot.
- You can then serve ketchup and maybe a salad.
- A delicious meal - also very popular with children and the good thing about it is that the pancakes still taste good cold.
