Cut the bread and tomato into cubes. Beat eggs a little with salt and pepper. Chop green onions. Heat a portioned pan with vegetable oil. Put the tomatoes and, if desired, some finely chopped onions. When lightly browned, add slices of bread. After a minute, pour in the beaten eggs. After 2 minutes, sprinkle the eggs with grated cheese, cover and reduce heat. When the cheese is melted, the eggs are ready. Sprinkle with green onions before serving. Bon Appetit.
