French Omelette with Cheese

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g curd cheese
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tomato
  • Butter
  • salt, pepper, spices


  • Wash the tomato, dry it, cut into slices.
  • Heat a skillet with butter. Fry the tomato slices for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with curd cheese and milk, pour the mixture into the pan.
  • When the omelet has set, sprinkle it with grated cheese, salt and pepper and use a spatula to gently roll it up.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
