Wash the tomato, dry it, cut into slices.
Heat a skillet with butter. Fry the tomato slices for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl, beat eggs with curd cheese and milk, pour the mixture into the pan.
When the omelet has set, sprinkle it with grated cheese, salt and pepper and use a spatula to gently roll it up.
Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
