Ingredients

  • 1 wrap (s) (finished product)
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 100 g cheese, rated, Emmentaler
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then take it out of the water with a colander, DO NOT put it in cold water, but let it drip off on kitchen paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, top and bottom heat, and place the baking sheet on the worktop.
  4. Mix the sour cream, ketchup and the spices well in a bowl.
  5. Place the wrap on the baking sheet and brush with the mixture - leave about 1.5cm free on the edge of the wrap.
  6. Spread the broccoli florets on the wrap and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  8. The wrap pizza can of course also be topped with anything else - according to your own taste.
