Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 600 grams flour
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 50 g oil

Also:

  • 120 g herb butter, preferably homemade

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients into a nice dough and let it rise for about 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and spread the herb butter on it. Cut the dough into approx. 5 cm wide strips, fold each strip into an accordion and place the pieces next to each other on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 ° C.
