Ingredients
- 375 g cauliflower, frozen or fresh
- 1 large bell pepper (s)
- 1 large tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 large lemon
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon paprika pulp
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- paprika powder, hot as rose

- Thaw or clean the cauliflower, then chop and cook for about 5 - 10 minutes until al dente.
- Then let it cool down and chop it up into pieces the size of rice, that`s great in the blender.
- Dice the onion, garlic and bell pepper and fry in the oil. Then deglaze with a dash of water, stir in the tomato and pepper pulp and remove from the stove.
- While the brew cools down, dice the cucumber and tomato.
- Mix the cold paprika sauce, the cauliflower pieces, the vegetables and the lemon juice well and season with the spices.
