• 30 g coffee powder
• 3 cup water, hot
• 150 ml cream
• 1 teaspoon orange (n) - peel, grated
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Slowly brew the coffee in the filter with the hot water. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the grated orange peel.
2. Then distribute the coffee evenly over 4 cups. Add the cream.
3. Dust the xanadu with a little cocoa powder.
