Yoghurt and Creamy Grape Cake (no Baked Goods)

A yogurt-creamy dessert with grapes, the base for which is prepared without baking – from cookies.

Ingredients

For the basics:

Shortbread cookies – 60 g
Chocolate – 50 g
Condensed milk – 150-200 g
For the creamy yogurt layer:
Cream 10-30% – 500 ml
Natural yogurt – 500 g
Powdered sugar – 150 g
Vanilla sugar – 20 g
Gelatin – 35 g
To fill:
Grape juice – 300 ml
Seedless grapes – 1 bunch
Gelatin – 20 g
For decoration:
Marshmallows (or marshmallows, or whipped cream)

How to make a yogurt creamy grape cake (no baked goods):

Directions

Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Add chopped chocolate and condensed milk.
Stir.
Cover a suitable form (split or regular), about 22 cm in diameter, with foil. Tamp the sand base thoroughly, placing it on the bottom of the mold.
In a saucepan, heat the cream with vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and gelatin. According to the instructions on the gelatin packaging, bring to a certain temperature so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Cool the mixture and stir in room temperature yogurt.
Pour the mixture onto the cookie base and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
When the creamy yogurt layer is completely frozen, place the halved grapes on top.
Heat the grape juice with gelatin and also dissolve the gelatin completely.
Cool the grape juice with the dissolved gelatin to room temperature and gently pour over the grapes. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for another 4 hours – until it solidifies.
Carefully remove the finished dessert from the mold. If you wish, you can decorate it with something on top, for example, whipped cream, marshmallows, or, like me, marshmallow cubes.
