Ingredients

  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 shot sparkling mineral water
  • 300 g natural yohurt or, with a more intense flavor, vanilla yohurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon syrup (vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 200 g corn flour
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • Fat, for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Mix the egg yolks, yoghurt, vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding powder and sugar with the dash of fizzy drink until frothy. Then mix the baking powder with the flour and stir into the dough. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla syrup. Process the egg white into egg whites and fold into the dough.
  2. Let the waffle iron get hot and grease it. Bake waffles until golden.
  3. Cranberries and cream go well with this.
  4. Version 1:
  5. Chocolate pudding powder, hazelnut yogurt, chocolate syrup
  6. Variant 2:
  7. Vanilla pudding powder, lemon yogurt, a few drops of lemon flavor
