- 125 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup yogurt, skimmed milk
- 2 biscuit (s), (butter biscuits)
- some sweetener, liquid, OR:
- some sugar
- Chocolate shavings

- Crumble the biscuits and place in a dessert glass. If frozen raspberries are used, they should be thawed first. Put 3 beautiful raspberries aside to decorate. Puree the rest of the fresh or thawed raspberries with the hand blender. If you like, the raspberry mass can now be sweetened a little with sugar or liquid sweetener. If you like it that way, you can leave it as it is. The same goes for the skimmed milk yogurt. If the yoghurt tastes good on its own, it can be left as it is, otherwise it can be sweetened with liquid sweetener or sugar as desired. Now the yoghurt and the raspberry mixture are layered over the bed of biscuits. Carefully layer yogurt and then raspberry mixture and then again yogurt and then raspberry mixture on top of each other. Then decorate the whole thing with the 3 raspberries. If desired, chocolate flakes can also be used to decorate.
