- 50 g muesli (whole rain muesli with fruits)
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 100 g yourt, low-fat
- 50 ml milk, low-fat
- 1 orange (s)
- 0.5 ½ apple
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
- cinnamon

- Put the muesli in a bowl, core half the apple and cut into wedges. Mix the yogurt, milk, lemon juice and honey together. Place the apple pieces and the yoghurt milk on the muesli, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
- Squeeze the orange and half a lemon, mix with the buttermilk and enjoy in a chilled glass with the muesli.
