Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 small zucchini, about the same amount as the cucumber
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 30 g capers
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 mint leaves
- 5 stalks parsley, smooth or coriander
- 1 teaspoon herb vinegar
- 2 tablespoon oil (lime oil)
- Salt (Flor de Sal Lime)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- pepper

- Wash and dice the cucumber and zucchini. Dice the onion very small, finely chop the garlic and herbs. Leave the capers whole.
- Put everything in a bowl and make a dressing from the other ingredients. Pour this over the vegetables and let it steep for about half an hour.
- A very fresh salad that is also delicious when chilled.
